Does embroidery delay shipping?

No. Order by noon Central (America/Chicago) and we embroider in-house and dispatch the same business day. Orders after noon ship the next business day. Carrier transit is additional. Most custom dog gear elsewhere takes 1–2 weeks—we stock and stitch here so personalized collars do not wait in a queue.

How do I choose the right collar size and width?

Neck size and width are separate. Measure your dog’s neck with a soft tape (or a current well-fitting collar) and match the size chart on the product page. Width (1", 1.5", or 2") is about coverage and presence—not a substitute for the correct neck measurement. Use our dog collar size guide before you order.

What are the personalization / embroidery limits?

Embroidery length depends on the stitch area for your size and product. Character limits and placement guidance appear on the product page; review the live preview and double-check spelling before checkout. We stitch what you enter—phone numbers and longer phrases fit only when the stitch area allows.

What is your return policy on personalized gear?

You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund of the merchandise price—including personalized and embroidered items. You cover return shipping unless we made the mistake (wrong item, wrong size sent, misspelled embroidery vs. what you entered, or a defect). Read the full return policy.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $8, and it is free on orders of $70 or more. Express is available at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Rates and carrier options appear at checkout; see shipping details.

What materials and hardware do you use?

Core gear uses heavy-duty nylon webbing or easy-clean BioThane, with polymer or metal buckles and hardware depending on the product line. Stitching is built for daily wear. Check each product page for the exact webbing, buckle, and connector options on that model.

Is a Fi tracker included with Fi-compatible bands?

No. Fi-compatible listings are for the band or attachment described. Choose the version that matches your Fi series (1/2 or 3/3+). The tracker and any subscription are separate. See Fi collar band compatibility.

How do patches attach?

Patches use a hook backing. Select a flag on a personalized collar and we add the loop panel automatically; for separate patches, tell us which collar in your order should get the loop panel.
