These terms govern purchases from TacticalBark.com, operated by TacticalBark.com, 633 W 5th St, Suite 2604, Los Angeles, CA 90071, United States (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and personalization

Personalized items are made with the text, thread color, size and options you select at checkout. Please check spelling, spacing and measurements before you order; we stitch what you enter. Order confirmations are sent by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable or the configuration cannot be produced as entered; we will contact you first where possible.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and offer you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed by 12:00 pm Central on a business day are dispatched the same day, including embroidered items; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in the Return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product use

Collars, leashes and harnesses are walking and handling equipment. They are not tie-outs, vehicle restraints or lifting devices. Inspect gear before each use and stop using damaged items. Supervise your dog when using any equipment. Fi-compatible bands and patches do not include a tracker or subscription. Rex Specs products are manufactured by Rex Specs and are subject to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Intellectual property

TacticalBark names, logos, artwork and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or origin.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
