Most custom dog collars take over a week. We embroider in-house and dispatch the same business day when you order by noon CT.
Dispatch is when we hand your package to the carrier. Delivery takes additional time and depends on the shipping service and destination. Available shipping rates and carrier services are shown at checkout.
You’ll receive tracking details after your order is prepared for shipment. A label notification can arrive before the carrier records its first scan. For help with a shipping address or tracking issue, contact us with your order number.

Address changes, lost or damaged parcels
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible to change an address; once a label is printed we may not be able to redirect it. If a parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo where relevant so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.
