Fi Collar Band Compatibility: Series 1/2 and 3/3+

A band is not a tracker

A Fi-compatible band is an accessory for the tracker series named in the listing. It does not include the tracking device, connectivity service or subscription. Make sure you have identified the device you own before choosing the band.

The Track lineup separates Series 1/2 from Series 3/3+. Do not choose by the color of your old band alone: similar-looking bands can use different connections. Refer to your device information and the listed compatibility. If the model is unclear, ask for help before buying.

Compare the format

The 1-inch band offers a narrower profile. The 1.5-inch personalized format adds space for embroidery. Size still matters whichever format you choose. Measure your dog’s neck and use the chart on the exact listing, rather than transferring a size name from another collar.

The Fi Series 3/3+ patch is a separate attachment format. Check its mounting method, dimensions and need for loop fastener against your gear. A tracker patch and a replacement band are different products; choose the one intended for your setup.

Before the first outing

Check the connections, buckle and fit according to the actual manufacturers’ instructions. Verify the device is attached correctly and functioning before relying on its features.
