If you are not happy with your TacticalBark order for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise price. This includes personalized and embroidered items.
How it works
- Contact us with your order number and let us know what you are sending back.
- We reply with the return address and a return reference.
- Ship the item back. You cover the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake.
- We refund the merchandise price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
When we cover return shipping
If we made the mistake — wrong item, wrong size sent, misspelled embroidery that does not match what you entered, or a defect — contact us with a photo and we send a prepaid label and replace or refund the item at your choice.

- Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless we made the mistake.
- Gift cards are not returnable.
